Not at all. Each section stands alone, so you can start wherever you feel drawn. The journal also includes lined pages at the back for free-flow writing.

Yes. The journal is for anyone wanting to slow down, reflect, and grow, regardless of where you are in your personal journey. It’s a beautiful companion for times of change, new beginnings, or daily grounding.

We offer a flat rate of $10 AUD for all orders within Australia and free shipping for orders over $100 AUD (within AUS). Every order includes tracking through Australia Post.

Yes we offer international shipping at a flat rate of $30 AUD. Delivery times vary between 7–21 business days depending on location.

Please note we do not currently ship to the United States due to import tariffs.

Because of the personal and reflective nature of the journal, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the protective wrapping has been removed.

If your journal arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist. Please email hello@theselfcompasssociety.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 3 days of receiving your parcel. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund if the product is deemed faulty or incorrect.
