Refund policy

At The Self Compass Society, each journal is created with care and intention to support your journey of reflection and personal growth. Because of the reflective and personal nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once the protective wrapping has been removed.

 

💛 Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if the protective seal has been opened. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

 

📦 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your journal arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@theselfcompasssociety.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of what happened

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund if the product is deemed faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

 

🌍 International Orders

International orders may be subject to local customs fees or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we currently do not ship to the United States due to import tariffs.

🕊️ Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to release the funds.
