Shipping Policy

At The Self Compass Society, we aim to make your delivery experience simple and reliable. Every order is packed with care and shipped from Brisbane, Australia.

Domestic (Australia) Shipping

  • Flat rate: $10 AUD per order

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post Tracked Parcel.

  • Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

International Shipping

  • Flat rate: $30 AUD per order

  • International orders are sent via Australia Post Standard Tracked Shipping.

  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please note we do not currently ship to the United States due to import tariffs.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days. During launches or busy periods, please allow a few extra days for dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we work closely with Australia Post to ensure safe delivery, delays or losses can occasionally occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll assist with tracking and claims where possible.
